Refund policy

At Hollow Gadgets, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Items on sale or promotional offers may not be eligible for return.
